iPad Air printing to IP

My network is based on a Linksys E2500v3 router. The printer is a Lexmark E320. It is attached to the network using an HP JetDirect 300X print serve which uses a cable to the router. The IP address used by the server/printer is 10.10.0.107.

My wife has an iPad Air which, of course, connects wirelessly to the networks. She occasionally would like to print to the network printer.

I figured this would be an easy thing to do. So far all the forum questions and therefore all the answers just miss hitting our configuration.

Can anyone advise?

Clarification: the E320 has no built in wi-fi. But it is accessible by wi-fi using one of the Ethernet ports on the wireless router to connect the HP JetDirect print server which sends print jobs to the printer over a parallel cable.

Most other devices I have that can print, including laptop, phones, other tablets, are pretty happy simply knowing that they can shoot print jobs to 10.10.0.107. I'm kind of surprised that a simple thing like that isn't implemented on an iPad.
